Damages & Loss
All damaged goods and lost goods must be reported by phone or email within 48 hours off your estimated delivery time which will be on your conformation email. After this period has lapsed, we will not accept responsibility for damaged or lost goods. Failure to do so will invalidate any claims made. Once you have had delivery of your goods you should thoroughly check over the items for any damage caused in transit. If any damage has been cause in transit you must inform us within the 48 period. When signing for your goods you are only signing that you have RECEIVED the goods NOT that they are damaged. You will still be able to make a claim if you signed for them unchecked. If you notice the goods are damaged before you have signed for them simply refuse the goods and inform us immediately.
Returning an item you have purchased by mistake:
We provide as much information within the comments and description of each sale item to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. If you are unsure on compatibility please call or email us before making the purchase and we will make the necessary checks to see if the part is compatible and avoid unnecessary mistakes. However, should you require to return any product ordered by mistake, we will allow you to do so within 14 days after receipt of delivery.
