All damaged goods and lost goods must be reported by phone or email within 48 hours off your estimated delivery time which will be on your conformation email. After this period has lapsed, we will not accept responsibility for damaged or lost goods. Failure to do so will invalidate any claims made. Once you have had delivery of your goods you should thoroughly check over the items for any damage caused in transit. If any damage has been cause in transit you must inform us within the 48 period. When signing for your goods you are only signing that you have RECEIVED the goods NOT that they are damaged. You will still be able to make a claim if you signed for them unchecked. If you notice the goods are damaged before you have signed for them simply refuse the goods and inform us immediately.
We provide as much information within the comments and description of each sale item to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. If you are unsure on compatibility please call or email us before making the purchase and we will make the necessary checks to see if the part is compatible and avoid unnecessary mistakes. However, should you require to return any product ordered by mistake, we will allow you to do so within 14 days after receipt of delivery. Should you need to return your order, please enclose the original invoice with the goods and where possible package in the original packaging. If this is not possible you will need to ensure they are adequately packaged to ensure the returned goods do not get damaged in transit. Any goods damaged in transit due to poor packaging will not be refunded. You will have to arrange for the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier (returning postage cost is down to the purchaser). We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus the original postage cost. Goods will be refunded only when the item is returned back to us with the original invoice and have been thoroughly checked for damage or anything that might invalidate the warranty.
If we have supplied the wrong items you must inform us within 14 days of receipt by email or phone, all goods received in error will be collected and replaced at our cost. The goods will need to be packaged sufficiently buy the purchaser to ensure no damage occurs during transit along with the original invoice (preferably in the original packaging). We will only send the replacement part once we have received the returned goods. The purchaser must package the goods adequately.
All goods are marked visible and non-visibly by ourselves. These marks are to stop people sending back their old damaged parts instead of the parts we supplied, we are very thorough in the way we work and know exactly what we have sent out as all markings/numbers are photo’d. No ID marks must be tampered with or removed or this will invalidate your warranty.
All goods shipped over sea’s whether faulty, supplied incorrectly or no longer needed must be returned at the purchasers cost.
A guarantee of 90 days is given on all online and mail order parts unless otherwise stated.
All parts must be returned with a valid original invoice and in adequate packaging
All parts must carry our Brentwood auto spares Identification marks and all manufactures numbers, stickers and ID marks. All sold items are marked, recorded and images are taken before postage. Any parts where these have been removed or tampered with will void any warranty.
We accept no responsibility for any labor costs, charges involved with fitting, removal or changing of parts supplied or any other fee incurred if the part is proven to be faulty or incorrect (with the acceptation of postage cost as explained above in the RETURNS section)
All parts returned must be in the same condition as we supplied them in and must not be tampered with or dismantled other than the replacement of standard serviceable parts or components.
Any parts damaged through incorrect fitting will also void any warranty, all parts should be fitted with the correct equipment and with a qualified mechanic.
